After Hours Pick Up - Napier Airport

  1. You will receive an email on the day the hire is due to commence with the vehicle registration, colour and code to a numbered lock box.
  2. Exit the terminal and take a waiting taxi or shuttle to our location at 11a Thames Street, Pandora (3.8kms).
  3. You will need to pay the taxi direct, the fare should be approximately $25.
  4. Look for the numbered lock box at the front of the office.
  5. Enter the code you received in the email.
  6. The keys to your vehicle will be in the lock box and the documentation will be in your vehicle.
  7. The vehicle will be parked at the front of the building.
  8. Prior to arrival you will be emailed pictures of the current condition of the rental vehicle and our fair wear & tear guidelines. We recommend that you walk around your vehicle at the time of pick up and feel free to add any additional photos to the link provided in the email.
